STRENGTHS:
A strength of Struthers transportation is that lacks of traffic congestion that neighboring areas like Boardman and Youngstown have. Struthers has access to many highway routes for people who travel and if they need to access to shopping or work. For those who can not drive there are many transportation systems that can be contacted, most have wheelchair accessible vehicles.
WEAKNESSES:
The City of Struthers lacks sidewalks and many of the sidewalks they do have are in disrepair. Because much of the sidewalk and structures in Struthers were built decades ago they lack ramps and handicap accessibility. Though the city lacks the congestion of Youngstown and Boardman it also lacks the shopping and amenities of those areas. One would have to travel to Boardman and Youngstown to meet many of their needs, suffering the same slow traffic as those area residents.
