STRENGTHS: Struthers has a beautiful changing of the seasons which can viewed in throughout the city. The homes are realitively inexpensive to buy which is why most residents own their own home.
WEAKNESSES: Struthers has industrial areas with little or no flora or fauna which helps decreases the local air quality. Also there are no local markets within Struthers and the only free food service for low income families is outside of the city limits. Additionally, there are only two grocery stores located in town. Finally, Struthers is the only city in the United States without a cemetery. The city could benefit from changing 'shut down' industrial areas into local gardens for the community or cemeteries for residents.
